A few weeks ago DeviantArt notified me 36 of my deviations were removed due to a Copyright Claim.  Later on it was clarified to me the claim was made  by Harmony Gold USA.. For Robotech and Macross federal Trademark Infringement.

32 of those deviations were from the Robotech Genesis fan project.   Neither one of those used any material created by harmony gold USA.  It was all completely Fan Produced, Non Profit Work. And all of it 100 percent produced by Ueg Fan Group.

So all of you out there producing  Robotech or Macross based fan works.. beware .

I say 32.. because 4 of the deviations had nothing to do with Robotech or Macross.


1 -  Star trek Fan Art (Enterprise ncc-1701D.)... Yes Harmony Gold USA claimed that.

2 -  Gundam Fan Work ... (The Zephyrantes Gundam) .. Yes Harmony Gold Claimed that one too.


3,4 are Copyright of the National Museum i created as  client work. And i have all the rights to display.  From the Project BOJ NA CEGRU 200.

Also Claimed by Harmony gold as  ROBOTECH and MACROSS TM Infringement .

As DeviantART suggested i Resubmited the  Works copyrighted by National museum Nis. Serbia.

And i also am adding the folowing Copyright notice to those works.(as the National Museum Adviced me)
